Returns and refunds

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Sealed hygiene and medical consumables—including gauze, wipes, toilet paper, and med kit consumables—are returnable only if unopened.

Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us at hautenoirwix@gmail.com to request a return and receive return instructions.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
